By placing an order with JMJ Beeswax Candles, you agree to the following terms:

All of our candles are handcrafted in small batches using natural beeswax and cotton wicks. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, scent, or appearance are normal and not considered defects.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or abusive behavior.

JMJ Beeswax Candles is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the misuse of our products. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always follow basic candle safety.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep product listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every item will always be in stock.

By purchasing from our shop, you agree that you will not hold JMJ Beeswax Candles liable for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All sales are subject to our current Return and Shipping Policies.

 

Candle Safety & Liability

All JMJ Beeswax Candles are made with safety and quality in mind. Each candle includes clear burning instructions and safety warnings. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to follow all provided candle safety guidelines, including:

 

• Never leaving a burning candle unattended.
• Keeping candles away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets.
• Placing candles on a heat-resistant, stable surface.
• Extinguishing the flame before it reaches the bottom of the container or holder.

JMJ Beeswax Candles and its owners are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from failure to follow these safety instructions or from misuse of our products. Once a candle leaves our possession, its use and handling are the sole responsibility of the customer.
