Shipping policy

We carefully pack and ship each candle order with care. We charge a flat rate of $6.00 for each order! Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Once your package is scanned by the carrier, delivery times and handling are out of our control. Please double-check your address before placing an order — we can’t replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim and make it right.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping except in cases of our error.
