We want you to love your JMJ Beeswax Candle! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right through email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect order or damage to your item during shipping. 
If an item is damaged in transit, please send a photo of the item and packaging so we can file a claim and replace it promptly  

 

 

• Never leaving a burning candle unattended.
• Keeping candles away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets.
• Placing candles on a heat-resistant, stable surface.
• Extinguishing the flame before it reaches the bottom of the container or holder.

JMJ Beeswax Candles and its owners are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions provided with each order or from misuse of our products.
